Problems while using service

- There’s no Facebook login for convenience
- Password policy is too hard and the user is not aware of it until an error message after submitting the form
- Signup successfully flash is too quick to see the content
- Confusing error message after clicking the link inside the confirmation email
- Industries field is not used as intended, the user only choose existing selections
- “Services in one word” is confusing
- “Business overview” is too broad
- Field with 500 limit characters should be displayed in a bigger size
- Suggestion: adding warning message to make the user aware that skipped inputs will lower their credibility
- Facebook ID input: not easy to remember the ID
- Members: user don’t know that founder is included in the member list
- Member information is not displayed on the company profile page (possible bugs)
- When viewing an investor/startup on the search screen, a result with too many tags would be displayed like this: “IT and 9+ more” which is confusing
- Handsif option: meaning is not clear
